Buy Your Ticket
Find the event that’s closest to you and buy your ticket before they sell out. Every event sells out! The workouts and standards videos will be listed on the ticketing page. Review the workouts and weights and make sure you choose the best division for your level. If you aren’t sure, ask your coach.
DO NOT COMPETE if you are doing workouts at the “Rx” level in your gym. Don’t be “that guy/girl”.
Practice the WODs
Workouts are released 3 months prior to the event date and are available, with standards videos, on the ticketing website. This gives athletes ample time to practice the workouts on their own or with friends, to make sure they are completely comfortable with the movements and workouts. Show up and HAVE FUN
Prior to the event, you will be given event day timeline, parking options, your heat assignment, and more. Your only job on event day is to show up and have fun! Judges will be there to count your reps, and there will be plenty of athletes and spectators to cheer you on. Top three athletes in each division will get a spot on the podium and a prize pack from our sponsors!
